On aime le pizza! We love pizza!

Over the past month we have been talking about pizza in our class. We took surveys "Est-ce que tu aime ... le fromage, du pepperoni, des champignons, and so much more.

The surveys took us to creating our own pizzas of all varieties. The children created so many that it was suggested we create a pizza store in our classroom. During circle we collected ideas of names for our store and we had the children take a vote and the winner was "Pizza Pizza".

To celebrate our excitement about pizzas we went to the secondary side of the school to the cafeteria and we created our own pizzas.

Beach Day / Jour de la plage !!

Friday the school participated in a fun theme day to get us out of the winter blues. The children go to wear their beach attire, the children wore their sun hats, sunglasses, we even had some bathing suits worn over their winter clothes. 

Listening to some music down by the water !

There is no better way to enjoy the beach with a little bit of yoga, the children applied their sun screen and imagined that they were on a hot sunny beach.

We have been counting with plush cats and many of the children decided to bring them to the beach too!
